Luvash

Source characterization: RAW (Vistani leader at the Vallaki camp), introduced in Session 10

Role: Leader of the Vistani of Vallaki; Arabelle’s father

Key characterization principles:

• Volatile and theatrical. Was whipping Alexei for losing his daughter when the party arrived, then switched in an instant to effusive host.
• “I disagree with what you say, but what matters most is getting my daughter back.”
• Keeps an entry arrangement with Burgomaster Vargas.

Current narrative status (canonical): Met in Session 10. His daughter Arabelle has been missing in Vallaki since 9 a.m. on her 7th birthday.

Session 11 (canonical): Hosted the party at dinner. Explained the camp’s full-moon tradition: “sleepovers,” with every child roped at the waist to the tent’s center and the able-bodied keeping watch. “You never know what will come in the night.”
