Session 6 - Wailing Tree

• Players leave Barovia with Ireena to search for the X on Von Richten’s cache map
• They meet Kreza and another Barovia Scout
• Encounter an evil tree that was once a magnolia but had the gulthias tree grafted onto it.
  • The tree is part of the forest druid’s attempt to revive the forest fane
• Players slay the tree and receive part of Von Richten’s flesh map. A map of caches.
  • Implied that Van Richten was researching the wailing tree. Intended to refer to Von Richten looking into the Summer Fane
